961 opened as a small espresso counter and grew into a full kitchen. The room is quiet, wood-lined and low-lit — the kind of place you settle into for a slow Turkish coffee or a long dinner of mezze.

Everything is made from scratch: dough for our manakish, spice blends for the grill, syrups for the baklava. We source produce from local farmers and roast our own beans in-house.
