961 cafe interior

Coffee, kitchen, and rooms
wrapped in warm wood.

A Lebanese cafe and kitchen where cardamom coffee meets wood-fired manakish and slow-cooked evenings.

Our kitchen

Grown from a small counter in Beirut.

961 began as a single espresso bar cut from walnut. Today it's a full kitchen, still built on the same instinct: cook simply, source honestly, keep the room warm. Everything on our menu is made from scratch — from the za'atar dough to the baklava syrup.
